It is important to retain documents and recollections from when the Friends' organisation was first formed, and when the Gardens were just a dream. Also importantly, documents from later years can portrait major problems being overcome and the dream becoming reality, as well as remind us of the people and events that made it all possible.

This section of the website will contain copies of a selection of documents. If you can add to the collection, please contact the web editor (currently Tony Ireland) who will arrange for a copy to be made, and the originals returned to you.
